Good morning!

Excited for team picture day tomorrow at 8:30 AM! Please come dressed in your team shirt. There are still a few families that have not picked up their shirts so they will be waiting for you. After tonight‘s meet, and tomorrow’s fun day, Wednesday begins our drag swim week which will extend through Monday.  Please bring old t-shirts, shorts, socks, etc. for drag swim. The coaches like to have the kids swim in old clothes to create a "drag" in the water, much like a baseball player practicing with a weighted bat. This will help them build up their endurance heading into finals. (DSP will operate as normal!) On Tuesday we will have our mile swim and parents are essential to help count laps, so please see Elsa to sign up!
