Leeland Station Swim Team

The Leeland Station Swim Team (LSST) was established in 2010. Also known as The Leeland Express or simply “The Express,” the team’s name reflects its proximity to the nearby rail line. Leeland competes in the Patriot Division of the Rappahannock Swim League. During the summer season, the team practices and hosts swim meets at the Leeland Station pool in Stafford County, Virginia, just outside historic Fredericksburg.

The Leeland Station Swim Team (LSST) is dedicated to the emotional and physical growth of its swimmers and to strengthening the spirit of the community in which they live. Our coaches, parents, and everyone involved in LSST are committed to making swimming a fun, rewarding, and enriching experience. Through participation in the sport, we strive to instill in both swimmers and parents an appreciation for hard work and perseverance, the importance of good sportsmanship and self-discipline, the foundations of leadership, the excitement of healthy competition, and the lasting joy of community spirit.
