Leeland Station Swim Team

Welcome to the Leeland Express registration page. 

Eligibility: Swimmers must be no older than 18 as of June 1st, be able to swim one length of the pool (any stroke) and be able to tread water for one minute.  Leeland Station residents must obtain a valid Leeland Station Community pool pass.

Please note: Swimmers new to the Leeland Express and all swimmers 8 and under who have not competed in a Rappahannock Swim League (RSL) Meet in prior years will be assessed at the beginning of the swim season.

Developmental Swim Program - For those little swimmers ages 4-10, we will offer our Developmental Swim Program again this season. It is intended to assist young swimmers in developing their skills in order to join the team by the end of the season. Skill assessment will be at Leeland Station Pool in the beginning of the season. The program this year will be limited to 45 participants. Additional information is available on our home page under the Resources tab. The fee for each developmental swimmer is $110.00, regardless of the number of swimmers per family enrolled on the team or in the program.

Swim Team Registration Fees - The registration fee is $110.00 per swimmer plus an $80.00 per Registration/Team fee per family. All swimmers registered by close of business May 31st will receive a team swim cap and team shirt (silicone cap available as an option for an additional $5.00).

Swim Team Multi-Swimmer Discount - Register all your swimmers at one time and you will receive a multi-swimmer discount.  Additional swimmers registered separately will be charged the single swimmer fee.  Note - Developmental Swimmers do not receive a multi-swimmer discount.

Registration Late Fee - Registrations completed after May 31st will be assessed a $10.00 late fee per swimmer. 

Payment Instructions - We accept credit cards or checks (payable to LSST). For payment via check, please include a copy of your registration invoice and mail to:

Volunteering - All families participating in swim meets are required to volunteer for at least one shift per meet.

Sponsorship - The Leeland Express is a 501(c)3 and is looking for sponsorships! If you own a small business or know someone who would be interested in sponsoring the team, please contact any board member!

Refund Policy - ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL! The LSST will only provide refunds for documented cases of medical matters that preclude participation in swim team events, family hardship, or involuntary move/relocation out of the area. The refund amount will be prorated based on the number of weeks remaining in the season and minus a per swimmer insurance/registration fee.
