A few important dates:

7/18 ~ TEAM PICTURE @ 8:30 AM!  Please come dressed in your team shirt. There are still a few families that have not picked up their orders, so they will be available for you on deck this week.

7/21 ~ MILE SWIM!  Monday we will have our mile swim, and parents are essential to help count laps, so please sign up and cheer on our swimmers!

7/22-7/24 ~ DRAG SWIM WEEK!  Next Tuesday begins our drag swim week which will extend through Thursday the 24th. Please bring old t-shirts, shorts, socks, etc. for drag swim. The coaches like to have the kids swim in old clothes to create a "drag" in the water, much like a baseball player practicing with a weighted bat. This will help them build up their endurance heading into finals. (DSP will operate as normal!)
