Greetings Leeland Express swim team families! 

We are busy preparing for the 2026 swim season, and ready to receive coaching resumes. Our head coach this year will be Coach Andrew Spinnanger. We will be hiring a minimum of 4 assistant team coaches, more based on the number of swimmer registrations. We will also be hiring a DSP head coach, DSP assistant coach and a group of DSP junior coaches. To apply, please send a resume to LeelandExpressSwimTeam@gmail.com. Include any dates you will not be available to coach during June and July, all swimming experience, coaching and leadership experience, lifeguard certification status, which coaching position you are applying for, and your current age. Current lifeguard certification, for those old enough to have it, is a significant benefit for a coach. The team will reimburse the cost of certification at the YMCA, or renewal for any coaches who are hired. We are looking forward to another fabulous swim season.
