Volunteer Sign-ups Open and Announcements!
Hello Swim Team Families!
I have enjoyed walking the pool deck and getting to meet with you this week. Please feel free to come introduce yourself if you see me out there; I will either be at the circular table at the bottom of the ramp or wandering the pool deck with a faded blue FredNats hat (hat styles subject to change). I will try very hard to remember faces with names but please forgive me as I am learning.
I have 3 very important announcements:
- 1.VOLUNTEER JOB SIGN-UPS FOR NEXT WEEKS AWAY MEET ON JUNE 10TH, 2026 ARE NOW OPEN. Please remember that if you will have a swimmer participating in this meet you need to fulfill your volunteering requirement during this meet. I kindly ask that you please sign-up as soon as you are able so that we can be prepared.
- 2.WE ARE IN NEED OF NEW AND RETURNING STROKE & TURN JUDGES. We have some fabulous returning Stroke & Turn Judges from last season but alas not everyone is able to return and some of our wonderful judges have graciously agreed to take on the role of Referee, so they can’t be in two places at once! So we would love and NEED to see some new and returning Stroke & Turn faces this year as we are required to provide 4 judges at every meet, home and away.
- 3.THE LIVE REFEREE ZOOM SESSION IS SCHEDULED FOR THIS SUNDAY JUNE 7TH, 2026 AT 7 P.M.
If you are applying for a Referee/Admin. Referee position this year please tune into this meeting as you are able as it is a requirement to complete certification for Referee. If you are not able to attend this meeting live, it will be recorded and you may watch it at your earliest convenience but this must be completed for you to fulfill your certification for Referee/Admin Referee.
- To access the Zoom Link for this meeting, go to the RSL trainings page (link provided below) and scroll down to the Live Referee Zoom Session using the criteria provided to sign-in to the meeting.

For all of you who have already completed a certified training, we do see you and thank you so much! We appreciate your time and commitment to making meets possible for our kids.
