Hello Swim Team Families,

         Please remember that if you have a swimmer participating in this week's meet, we need you to sign-up for a volunteer shift. 

          Simply put, we have 43 families registered at this time for tomorrow's meet and 56 positions that need to be filled. We do not have the numbers for families to not volunteer and at this time and we need to ask that if you have an adult to spare to please consider splitting volunteer duties with your partner if one of you might be able to take first half and the other a second half position. If you are also able to stay in your current position for the full meet, you may do so. 

            Please feel free to sign-up in Swimtopia for an open position below or reach out to me if you are available for something or want to see if you can extend your currently registered position. 

           The list below is for positions that are still currently empty. 

• 1.Clerk of Course 2^nd half- 1 volunteer. This position can be an assistant and does NOT need to be certified. You may sign-up at this time even if you are NOT certified. 
• 2.Concessions 2^nd half- 2 volunteers needed
• 3.Lane Timer 2^nd half- 2 volunteers needed
• 4.Safety Marshal 2^nd half Female- 1 volunteer
• 5.Safety Marshal 2^nd half Male-1 volunteer
• 6.Awards Clerk 2^nd half- 1 volunteer

Thank you. We appreciate all of our families working with us to fill these roles, take on multiple positions, and doing what needs to be done and is required for our kids and families to enjoy this meet.
