Greetings, Express families!

Wednesday is our first away meet of the season. We will be swimming against the Spotsy YMCA Dragons at 5700 Smith Station Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22407.  Here are a few notes but check out the attachment below for a full run down of the event.

• Home Team starts to arrive: 4:30 pm
• Visiting Team: please arrive no earlier than 4:45 pm
• Home Team warm up: 4:50-5:20pm
• Visiting Team warm up: 5:20-5:50 pm
• Timers Meeting for all timers – Pool deck/shallow end @ 5:30 pm
• Stroke and Turn Official Meeting with the Referee will be conducted in the YMCA Lobby @ 5:30 pm
• Swimmers for Events 1-4 start reporting to the Clerk of Course @ 5:50 pm.
• National Anthem: 5:55 pm
• Meet Starts: 6:00 pm
